I’ve always faced a horrible dilemma whenever I go abroad as I can’t take pip (my 7 year old sun conure parrot ) with me and getting someone to look after him is seemingly impossible as all my friends have cats or don’t know how to look after birds safely…
This gave us the idea to start offering a boarding/ pet sitting service for anyone in the Essex and South East UK area. (we are based between Colchester and Chelmsford in Essex) we are here to support anyone who wants to leave their parrot / bird or bunny / rabbit / cats / gerbil / hamster / rats / mice etc in Safe hands while they travel!
I will only board a small amount at any one time as they need to be kept separate and I want to be able to give them the time and love they deserve ❤️
You will get photo updates and your birds / parrots / bunny’s etc will be fed fresh fruit and veg ( we have pellets and seed etc as preferred)

We have a van and bird carriders and can collect and drop off your birds / parrots/ bunny’s at an additional cost.

We have spare cages if needed, plenty of toys, pellets, seeds and your pet bird / parrot / rabbit will receive fresh fruit and veggie chop every day.
Safety First
Birds / Parrots / Rabbits are housed separately (to protect against viruses) and will have fully supervised playtime outside their cages daily.
In the unlikely event that a bird / parrot / bunny is taken ill whilst in our care; they will be taken straight to the local avian / local vet for piece of mind. We will contact you prior to any treatment of course. All guests owners will complete a form on check-in which stipulates pet insurance, preferred / registered vet, emergency contacts etc.
We keep a hospital cage and avian / small animal first aid kit on site at all times for such eventualities.
All our steel cages, perches, and toys are thoroughly cleaned with F10 between stays.
We have public liability and home pet boarding business insurance. We have a partnership with Exotics Direct insurance offering our customers 15% off on new policy’s.

We offer daily check-in feeding visits with playtime to keep your furry or feathered friends happy and healthy While you’re away. This is useful if you have aviary birds or bunny’s that you would rather stay at home.
